The question is what is manageable for average teachers when you have students creating content on the Internet. A wiki which can be modified by any student or teacher is more practical and dynamic. The student who post objectionable material is edited out by peers and blacklisted by teacher. This is not possible with blogs. Or is it?
Blogging is not the answer. Wikis are.
